Memorial Day • Next Sunday, we’ll have a special Memorial Day service with patriotic music, a salute to our armed forces, and a word from Pastor Ron on “America’s Covenant with Death.” But be encouraged, he has hope for our nation! Invite a friend to join you next Sunday!

Deacons’ Meeting will be at 2:15pm today, May 19. Committees will meet at 1:45pm in the Faith Building.

Register for Vacation Bible School• The final days of school are winding down and that means one thing- it's almost time for VBS! We're turning the campus into Athens, Greece this year as we learn about Paul's dangerous journey to share the truth. There is still time to sign up to help. See the opportunities available and sign up at abbashousekids.com.  Training dates for volunteers are:

You can begin registering your children at abbashouse.com/VBS. Pre-registration helps us plan and helps you move through the check-in line faster. Invite your friends & neighbors to come with you to VBS, June 2-6 from 6:00-8:30pm.

Direct Debit Giving • There is a new way to be generous… Direct Debit Giving!  Sign up today at the table in the lobby to have your checking or savings account automatically debited for your tithes and offerings!  No checks…  No hassle…  Automatic withdrawals will begin in June, so pick-up a form today!

Praying for Prodigals • If you have a prodigal in your life, we'd like to help you pray for their return. There are cards and a box marked "Prodigals" on the table behind the sound booth. Please fill out a card and place it in the box so we can agree with you in prayer. 

Run for God • You've tried to get healthy other ways and it didn't quite work. Why not mix exercise with some bible study and fellowship? The new LifeGroup at Night, "Run for God," will begin on Tuesday, June 11 at 7pm in the Gym.  Each week we'll walk or run on the campus and learn scripture truths to motivate and balance our lives. Deacon Nominations • Beginning today for the next 3 weeks we’ll be holding deacon nominations. Ballot boxes will be at each entrance to Abba’s House and in the Hope & Faith Buildings. Pray about who you will nominate to serve the Lord and this church as a deacon. The men who are currently serving as deacon are listed for you on the ballot and are not eligible for nomination. Your ballot must be signed in order to be valid.

South Dakota Packing Party • You’ve donated an overwhelming amount of clothes for the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Thank you!! Now we need all hands on deck to help fold, organize and ready the clothes for distribution.  Jump in and join the missions team in working for a great cause today from 1-3pm in the Faith Building.   The team is also looking for large boxes to help with packing, so if you have any you can donate, drop them off in the Hope Building or bring them with you next Sunday.

Healing Rooms • The Healing Rooms at Abba's House is open every Monday from 5-7pm. Enter at Entrance #3, right across from the Hope Building. If you need healing in your body, come experience the life-changing power of prayer!
